We are recruiting for an RICS qualified L&T surveyor to join us.
Salary range from £30,000 to £45,000
Job profile
- Working within a busy and growing commercial property team
- Undertake Lease renewals & Rent Reviews on a variety of property classes to include:
- Property Inspections & Measurements
- Review of existing lease clauses and comparable evidence
- Negotiating a successful outcome or reporting for third party determination (if necessary)
- Preparing reports for client approval
- Possibly undertaking private valuations for accounting, strategic purposes
About you
- RICS qualified – consideration from newly qualified to Associate level
- Ideally a registered valuer or the willingness to work towards this status
- Experience undertaking Landlord & Tenant work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great time management
- Energetic and curious
- Clean driving licence. Work extends across the country
