Sam Davill
Sam joined Ryden’s Agency team in Leeds in 2022 having previously worked for three years as a Graduate Surveyor at Walker Singleton. The multi-disciplinary nature of his previous work has given Sam a broad range of experience, albeit with a particular focus on the acquisition, appraisal and disposal of commercial property across the North of England.
He now covers a similar role at Ryden, specialising in providing strategic agency advice across various sectors including industrial, offices, retail, land & development and other miscellaneous uses.
Sam also completed a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Northumbria University in 2021 and is now progressing towards achieving Chartered status as a member of the RICS.
