ABZ Business Park Valuation and development appraisal advice over several years as a 60 acre business park evolved from undeveloped land into a multi-let estate with industrial, office, hotel and restaurant occupiers.

Residential Land Advice to landowners on land values under option agreements. Negotiation of land prices and, where necessary, making submissions to third party expert for an award.  Acting on behalf of landowners on sites sold to house builders including Cala, Dandara, Stewart Milne Homes and Bancon.

Industrial Rent Reviews 30 years of experience in this sector, advising institutional landlords such as M&G and Aberdeen Standard Investments, property companies, private investors, and public sector clients.

Portfolio Valuations Valuation of numerous property portfolios and wide range of property types that have included: industrial, office, retail, ground-lease, development land, residential lets and hospitality.  Clients have included: Aberdeen City Council, ANM Group, Robertson Property Ltd, Scottish Enterprise and secured lenders.
