Matthew Leys
Matthew Leys joined Ryden in 2022 on placement for eight months and has returned as a Graduate Surveyor within Ryden’s Building Consultancy Group in Aberdeen following graduation from Robert Gordon University.
Matthew has carried out measured surveys and the subsequent preparation of plans for submission for building warrants and planning applications. Matthew has experience assisting in the further stages of projects from the tender stage through to monitoring the works on site to completion.
He carries out inspection, preparation and costing of Planned Maintenance Programmes for Aberdeen Sports Village and Johnstons of Elgin.
