Jonathan has over 20 years experience in the North of England property market, working previously as Director at Walker Singleton and prior to that Associate at Eddisons.
He specialises in providing strategic Agency advice, including industrial, offices, retail, land & development and other miscellaneous uses such as churches and public houses.
His clients range from individuals to corporate PLCs with a particular focus and long standing relationships with regional property developers and investors.
Jonathan is also a registered RICS valuer and his work will extend to also undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and private valuation work.
