Holly Boyd
Holly joined Ryden in March 2023 following the completion of her Master's Degree in City Planning & Real Estate Development at the University of Glasgow. She is currently working within the Office Agency team in our Glasgow office and is working towards her APC accreditation.
During Holly's time at Ryden, she has been building knowledge in all aspects of the office property market and developing skills in:
- Property disposal and acquisition
- Lease and sale negotiations
- Marketing strategies and advice

Retained as joint agent for their vast Glasgow portfolio of office properties, including the recent refurbishment of 10 Bothwell Street, Waterloo Chambers and Standard Buildings, among others.
Picton
Retained as a joint letting agent on the 50,000 sq. ft landmark building, Queens House.
Stelmain
Retained as a joint letting agent to provide advice and market numerous of Stelmain's Glasgow assets, including Ingram House and Turnberry House.
