Greg has over 30 years' experience in the UK property industry having spent much of his career specialising in the commercial and residential development sectors. He has worked in both an agency capacity and for a property development company and has an in-depth understanding of the processes involved in acquiring, developing and disposing of land and developments, including coordinating all the legal and technical aspects required throughout the development cycle.

PROJECTS:
Broomielaw, Glasgow Advised Scottish Enterprise on the relocation of their national 96,000 sq ft HQ to a new development on the Broomielaw.
Finnieston, Glasgow Acted as development consultant on behalf of private client who owned a derelict industrial site. Following additional land assembly and obtaining planning consent the site was sold and subsequently developed into a 13 storey block of executive apartments overlooking the Clyde.
