Graham Bennet
Graham has almost 40 years’ experience in the Property Development and Construction industry. The first 14 years working for Contractors and Project Managers including Tarmac Construction, Bovis and Mace. 22 years working for property investors and developers in the Far East, Moscow and London and the last 4 years working as a consultant Project Manager and Developer advisor in Scotland.
Graham’s engineering background plus his developer’s experience in commercial mixed use developments, usually with a rail or metro interface, bring benefits to similarly exposed developments. He has experience and knowledge of how a developer’s objectives and business plans drive the management of an investment and how to manage the risks. This is balanced with a passion for technical details, design solutions and a collegiate working environment with consultants and contractors.

Wellington Hotel, London - Capital & Counties Ltd Listed building renovation, deconstruction and new build, city centre project for 83 bed boutique hotel
Earls Court Redevelopment, London - Capital & Counties Ltd 10m sq ft residential masterplan development covering the Earls Court venue and adjacent estates. Initial masterplan engineering solutions in deconstruction of the Earls Court venue and new infrastructure build over London underground and Network Rail overground tracks.
