David Halliday
After 6 years dealing with the Central Government property portfolio in Yorkshire, David then spent 12 years with the Arcadia Group as an Estates Manager responsible for a varied, national retail portfolio.
He has been in private practice since 2003 advising clients upon rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses and acting as an Expert Witness in dispute resolution.
David joined Ryden LLP in Leeds as a Consultant in 2012, acting for both landlords and national multiple tenants across England and Wales.
