Claire Coutts
Claire is a Chartered Town Planner and member of the RTPI. An Associate within the Planning department she has extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of planning. This includes promoting sites through the Local Development Plan; preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications and appeals for both residential and commercial developments; preparation of Development Frameworks and Masterplans; public consultation; and planning gain negotiations.
