With extensive experience in advising a range of retailers, developers and investors across the United Kingdom and Ireland, Bill works closely with Agency, Investment, Planning and Project Management colleagues to provide comprehensive property advice.

Exciting projects include representing Dundee City Council across the award winning Dundee Central Waterfront project, representing William Morrison Supermarkets Plc across their Scottish estate and advising Clydebank Regeneration Ltd in respect of the 80 acre residential-led regeneration of Queens Quay, Clydebank.
