Andrew Cliff
Andrew is Head of Ryden's Project & Building Consultancy Business Group and has extensive experience in the construction and engineering field. He started his career as a Mechanical and Engineering Draughtsman before joining Carter Jonas in 1989 when he transferred those skills to the Architectural drawing board. During that period he studied the College of Estate Management Diploma in Building Surveying. He is now a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He joined Ryden in 1999 and is based in our Leeds and London offices servicing clients across the UK.

Building Surveys Building surveys and due diligence for all types of commercial properties ranging from industrial estates to hotels.
Occupiers Acting & settling claims for both landlord & tenants ranging from £20k to £3m including experience in providing expert evidence in court.
Project Monitoring Monitoring development projects on behalf of major lending institutions including industrial, residential and commercial schemes ranging from £250k to £30m.
