Alan Herriot

Alan is an Industrial Agency Partner in Edinburgh and has considerable experience within the public and private sectors in all aspects of general practice surveying. He provides transactional advice for both acquisitions and disposals, advice on market rents and capital values, and develops marketing initiatives.  His experience spans the spectrum of the industrial sector, from small terraced units to large modern developments.

Although Alan's work mainly involves existing buildings he also provides development advice on a number of different schemes.

Relocation Provision of relocation advice including a full market search to identify and negotiate new premises for such clients as Edinburgh Leisure, National Galleries of Scotland, Pure Gym, Eastern and Western, Coralinn, First Group.

Acquisition Provision of property acquisition advice with a view to acquiring vacant or occupied commercial properties for clients including George Sharkey & Sons, Arnold Clark, Scot Sheridan, Abercastle.
