Alan Booth
Alan joined Ryden in 2015 and has over 25 years' experience in managing significant projects, with particular experience in Commercial Office Developments, Logistics and Industrial Projects, Hotel and Leisure Sector and large Infrastructure Projects.
Alan has a commercial background and extensive experience of successful project delivery on a wide range of commercial projects.
He has been engaged in liaising with development/construction lawyers, contractors and project teams in the assembly of the legal package for many projects, and has the required skills to ensure that the obligations of all parties are purified as part of the project delivery phase.

PROJECTS:
Buchanan Wharf, Glasgow Project Manager for Drum Property Group for their landmark, and award winning, development on the south bank of the River Clyde in Central Glasgow, extending to over 400,000 sq ft of office space, together with associated Public Realm and Infrastructure Works. Completed in 2021.
122 Waterloo Street, Glasgow Project Manager for Morgan Stanley on their 180,000 sq ft new office development in Waterloo Street, Glasgow. The BCO award winning Grade ‘A’ office development was completed in May 2018.
Queens Quay, Clydebank Project Manager for Dawn Developments/Clydeside Regeneration on the Infrastructure Works at the former John Brown shipyard in Clydebank. Works involved site remediation, new road network, utilities infrastructure, new Energy Centre and district heating network, and marine works including replacement of quay walls. Completed in 2020.
Industrial and Logistics Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of over 1,000,000 sq ft of Logistics, Industrial and Trade Counter Developments on sites across Scotland.
