Eurocentral, Mossend, is located immediately adjacent to the main A8/M8. The Eurocentral diamond interchange provides immediate access to and from the motorway and the to west lies the Baillieston Interchange linking the M8, M74/M6 and M73 motorways. The towns of Bellshill, Coabridge and Motherwell are all within a few miles.

Both Glasgow and Edinburgh International Airports can be reached within 30 minutes and the air freight terminal at Prestwick is within a one hour drive. Container ports are located at Greenock and Grangemouth and are accessible within a one hour drive.

Description

Plot H is the next phase of development at Eurocentral and is prominently positioned on the main boulevard. Buildings from 15,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft will be coming soon or alternatively bespoke solutions are available.

Plot H will be developed to provide state of the art production/ distribution facilities providing high bay warehousing, dock and ground level access doors, office accommodation and a large secure concrete yards.

The properties will be built to exceed current building standards and are anticipated to be rated BREEAM Very Good with an Energy Performance Rating of B. Features include a higher standard of insulation within the cladding panels and a higher provision of daylight panels in the roof to increase natural light to all areas of the warehouse.
