Overview
Planning Permission in Principle for 48,000 sq m of expansion at the Aberdeen Energy Park was granted in November 2014. This consent allowed for a mix of Use Classes 4, 5 and 6 to be delivered, subject to conditions.
A Section 42 application to amend the use consent was submitted in February 2016. The application has been consented and use Class 6 (storage and distribution) is now unrestricted over this 30 acre development site.
