A joint venture between Michelin, Scottish Enterprise and Dundee City Council, Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) Ltd. was formed to drive growth and diversity in the Scottish economy while addressing the global climate emergency.
Created in response to the closure of Michelin's Dundee site, MSIP are transforming what was a 32-hectare manufacturing site into a world leading Innovation Parc focused on sustainable mobility and low carbon energy.
At MSIP you will find flexible space that can meet any purpose, a clean energy supply and access to business support, skills and networks. This exciting new Innovation Parc will create a greener future, through innovation for people, place and planet.
The Cavendish building is situated in the heart of MSIP and benefits internally from clear open space and with a minimum eaves height of 8m. This building could be combined with the adjoining Foote and Telkes buildings to offer a total of over 300,000 sqft to a suitable manufacturing occupier.
