A joint venture between Michelin, Scottish Enterprise and Dundee City Council, Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) Ltd. was formed to drive growth and diversity in the Scottish economy while addressing the global climate emergency.
Created in response to the closure of Michelin's Dundee site, MSIP are transforming what was a 32-hectare manufacturing site into a world leading Innovation Parc focused on sustainable mobility and low carbon energy.
At MSIP you will find flexible space that can meet any purpose, a clean energy supply and access to business support, skills and networks. This exciting new Innovation Parc will create a greener future, through innovation for people, place and planet.
Foote and Telkes are the largest buildings currently available on the Parc and offer quality accommodation for manufacturing purposes. The minimum eaves height is 11m and internally the property is arranged to provide mainly open clear space with supporting office accommodation. These buildings can be combined with the adjoining Cavendish building which would mean that over 300,000 sqft of quality accommodation can be made available to a suitable occupier.
