The transformation of Dundee Waterfront is a joint venture between Dundee City Council and Scottish Enterprise. Ryden’s property advisory services include development advice, project management, letting and funding advice. The development is set to deliver over 1.5 million sq ft of floorspace including commercial property, residential property and hotel and leisure uses.
Project managed the construction of a £20m+ Grade A office building on Site 6, the first office building to be developed on the Dundee Waterfront site, and subsequently let it to Social Security Scotland.
