Reviewed existing lease obligations for Aberdeen Asset Management prior to the merger with Standard Life and progressed the pre-letting of 67,000 sq ft at 10 George Street which was selected after an extensive review of the Edinburgh market looking at available and proposed office developments within the City Centre.
Represented our client on all pre-acquisition construction. Assessed existing dilapidation liabilities and prepared technical RFP on shortlisted options, undertaking full due diligence and negotiations on design and specification on the final selected property. Monitored the development through to practical completion.
