Cameron Whyte
Cameron joined Ryden in May 2011 following a role as a surveyor based in Leeds where he had worked on a variety of agency and professional projects.
He provides transactional advice for a wide range of clients with a strong focus on property acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, advice on market rents / capital values, negotiation strategy and marketing initiatives.
In addition, Cameron works across a variety of development projects ranging from the sale and acquisition of strategic buildings with re-development potential to land sales for commercial or residential development.
He has extensive experience with public and private sector clients including City of Edinburgh Council, Aberdeen Standard, Forth Ports, Stenprop, London & Cambridge, MSeven Real Estate, NHS Lothian and Muir Group.
