Skypark in Glasgow Celebrates Spire's Expansion and Welcomes Two Additional Tenants

Skypark has announced the expansion of long-standing tenant Spire within their premises by an additional 10,316 sq. ft, extending their lease for another eight years. With this acquisition, their total space within this office campus in Glasgow grows to 40,316 sq ft, all in a single building.
Additionally, ProceMX, a critical mission technology company, and Phonesmart, a business specialising in recycling and retailing iPads, have secured a space of 2,118 sq. ft. in Skypark 3 and 6,244 sq. ft. in Skypark 5, respectively. With these transactions, Skypark has let a total of 18,678 sq ft of space.
Since 2015 Skypark has been the operational base for Spire's more than 100 satellites, providing services including global weather intelligence, ship and plane movements tracking, and spoofing and jamming detection. Each satellite is designed, built, and tested in Glasgow.
Skypark, which is owned by Federated Hermes, a leading responsible investment manager, has a total of 559,441 sq ft of office and workspace located within 6 buildings, set in an urban business park at the edge of Glasgow City centre.
