Ryden scoops nine property industry awards

2020 has been well-documented as a year of mixed fortunes for the commercial property market with demand for industrial stock booming while for other sectors it dropped away.
Today both EG and CoStar announced their rankings of property agents by volume of deals. Ryden has maintained its position as the leading commercial real estate advisor in Scotland.
The EG Deals Competition names Ryden Most Active Office Agent in Scotland and Most Active Industrial Agent in Scotland 2020, holding off competition from national firms.
CoStar’s league tables document the number of deals done and total sq ft transacted broken down into regions and cities. Ryden topped seven of those tables including Most Active Industrial Disposal Agent in Scotland by number of deals, as well as Most Active Office Disposal and Most Active Office Acquisition Agent for categories within Edinburgh, Glasgow and Central Scotland.

Ryden has also been named as a finalist in two categories at the Scottish Property Awards which are due to be held later this month.
