Ryden expands its Agency service in Leeds with the recruitment of a new Partner

Commercial real estate consultant Ryden has announced the appointment of Jonathan O'Connor as Partner in its Leeds office to continue to expand and grow its Agency service in England.

Jonathan brings over 20 years experience in the North of England property market, working previously as Director at Walker Singleton.

He specialises in providing strategic Agency advice, including industrial, offices, retail, land & development and other miscellaneous uses such as churches and public houses.

His clients range from individuals to corporate PLCs with a particular focus and long standing relationships with regional property developers and investors.

Jonathan is also a registered RICS valuer and his work will extend to also undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and private valuation work.
