Ryden advises Baillie Gifford on the pre-letting at M&G Real Estate's Haymarket Edinburgh development

Ryden's Offices Agency team in Edinburgh have advised Baillie Gifford on the pre-letting within the Haymarket Edinburgh scheme developed by M&G Real Estate and its partner Qmile Group.
The premises will comprise 280,000 sq ft of self-contained Grade A office accommodation. A 20 year lease was concluded with an anticipated building completion during the second half of 2023.
The due diligence involved a true collaboration from Ryden Agency and Building Consultancy with the additional technical and legal assistance from Burohappold, Adams Consulting, Michael Laird and Shepherd and Wedderburn.

Designed by globally renowned architect Foster + Partners, the £350 million Haymarket Edinburgh mixed use development will deliver more than 380,000 sq ft of Grade A office space along with hotel accommodation.
Ryden acted on behalf of Baillie Gifford in this agreement, whilst JLL and Savills represented M&G Real Estate.
