Newest business park in North East Scotland welcomes first tenant

Inverurie Paint and Body Repair Centre have become the first tenant at Thainstone Business Park, a recently constructed business location in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, developed by ANM Group and GSS Developments (GSS).

The new occupier has signed a 10-year lease on almost 2500 sq ft of space, allowing the company to expand their business and create new jobs.

The 65 acre park has been considered a significant boost for the local economy, highlighting the area's premier position to attract new businesses thanks to its modern high specification premises and transport links.

ANM Group executive Avril McLeod commented

"We are delighted to welcome new tenants Inverurie Paint and Body Repair Centre as they expand their business operations to Thainstone.
