New pre-let at Picton’s 180 West George Street reinforces post-covid office space demand in Glasgow

Following the successful refurbishment and letting of the 1st floor at 180 West George Street in Glasgow, Picton has now pre-let the 5th floor to Frazer-Nash Consultancy, which will occupy the 7,500 sq. ft. space on a 10-year lease.
Picton is currently undertaking a full refurbishment of the 5th and 6th floors to create market-leading Grade A office suites, which will both benefit from dedicated, newly created south west facing roof terraces. The work is expected to complete in March 2022.
Tim Hamlin, Director of Asset Management at Picton, commented on this transaction:

Refurbishment of the upper floors will complete in March 2022 with the 6th floor (5,800 sq. ft.), currently available.
