Acting on behalf of Mileway, Ryden's Industrial team in Edinburgh has completed the letting of Unit 17, Woodgate Way South, Eastfield Industrial Estate in Glenrothes to Wright's K9 Security Services Ltd.
Woodgate Way South is located within the well established Eastfield Industrial Estate in the heart of Fife. The estate is home to nationwide trade counter occupiers, including Cromwell, Howdens, MGM Timber, Paint Shed and Screwfix.
The property comprises a number of single storey light industrial units arranged across five terraces, with frontage to the A92 trunk road. The units have also been recently refurbished.
