Further Letting at Academy Park in Glasgow

Acting on behalf of Kewbrook Limited, joint letting agents Ryden and Cargill Property Consultants have announced a further letting at Academy Park on the southside of Glasgow’s city centre, hot on the heels of the recent trio of new lettings secured at the park.

Existing tenant KubeNet have significantly expanded their operation on site and have leased the ground floor suite of Building 11 extending to 3,147 sq ft on a new 5 year term. This takes the number of transactions on site to 5 since Kewbrook’s acquisition of the park within the last year.  

Commenting on their move, KubeNet, specialists in telecoms and technology for business, said: 

"Academy Park has been an excellent location for KubeNet. We have experienced significant growth that has required us to search for bigger premises. We were delighted that Building 11 was available, offering us the space to provide an interactive demonstration suite, training facilities, an engineer's lab for our Network Operations Team and an area to accommodate our expanding team.

KubeNet's expansion follows new tenants Think Energy, Olive Communications and Glenwood Limited relocating to the park. 

A range of suites remains available from 1,800 – 3,300 sq ft and the quoting rental is from £10 per sq ft.
