First new tenant secured at Aberdeen’s Crombie Road recently refurbished units

Ryden and joint agents DM Hall have secured the first tenant for one of the seven recently refurbished industrial units at 1-7 Crombie Road, located a short distance to the immediate south of Aberdeen city centre.
UK's leading vehicle glass repair Autoglass has taken over the unit on a 10 year lease at a rent of £9.50 per sq ft.
The development was bought in January 2022 by In-site Property Solutions Ltd, a family-owned, award-winning company with more than 40 years of expertise managing and owning industrial properties in Scotland's central belt and the north of England.
Right afterwards, Burns Construction - Aberdeen undertook a £1.4 million programme of renovations to the property. These improvements included replacing all roof coverings and external cladding, all vehicle access doors, all external doors and windows, internal redecorating of workshop flooring, walls, and structural steelwork, and interior remodelling of offices and staff amenity blocks.
The units benefit not only from their proximity to both the city centre and the Port of Aberdeen, with numerous commercial occupiers nearby, but also the excellent level of access provided via the main trunk road, most notably Wellington Road which links onto the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route and the A90.
The six remaining units, ranging in size from 511.34 sqm (5,504 sqft) to 1,337 sqm (14,390 sqft), provide a main workshop area, with a minimum eaves height of 5.6m, office accommodation and staff facilities, including a concrete forecourt located to the front of each unit for servicing and car parking.
