Dan Smith is Insider Yorkshire Young Property Professional of the Year

At a prestigious ceremony in Leeds last night celebrating Yorkshire’s rising stars Ryden’s Dan Smith was crowned the winner in the Property Professional category by Insider Media.
Dan began his career with Ryden as a sandwich placement student and from there has worked with dedication to become a Partner in the Project & Building Consultancy team based in Leeds and working with clients across the UK.
Dan specialises in development consultancy, building surveying and project management. He excels in dilapidations disputes, acting as an Expert Witness. The judges commented on his impressive career noting he is the lead building surveyor of a large industrial portfolio for a FTSE 100 client.
