Cosmedicare steers into Livingston’s Kirkton Campus to open new cosmetic surgery hospital

Acting on behalf of Coralinn Properties, Ryden has secured the letting of 2 Garbett Road, Kirkton Campus in Livingston to Cosmedicare, who have taken over the 12,443 sq ft modern office pavilion on a new 15-year lease.
The accommodation is a self-contained building which has been refurbished to high standard. It is located in a mature parkland environment on the periphery of Livingston Town Centre, easily accessible by both car and public transport.
Cosmedicare will use the premises to open their new cosmetic surgery centre, St Ellen’s Hospital, after having been granted planning permission by local authorities. Work is scheduled to commence next month, and the hospital is expected to open by next Summer.
