Arria NLG relocates to new Aberdeen offices at Carden Church
11 November 2021
After leasing the space last year, global Artificial Intelligence technology company Arria NLG has completed their relocation into its new office premises in Aberdeen, located at Carden Church in the heart of the West End office district.
Represented by Ryden's Offices Agency team in Aberdeen, the firm has taken over 9,900 sq ft over three floors in the former Church premises known as Carden-Melville Church, which have been redeveloped into an office. The building is of traditional granite and slate construction, with an impressive spire being the main feature.
Restrictions in the wake of the pandemic meant that the 50 staff members had not been able to enjoy the new workspace after relocating from the north of the city until now.
The company, based in New Zealand with headquarters in the US, is a pioneer in the space of automatic text generation, using a technology developed by Aberdeen University's chair of computing science Ehud Reiter and senior lecturer Dr Yaji Sripada.
Ryden acted on behalf of Arria NLG in this transaction whilst CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord of the property, Carden Studios.
