OUR STORY

Kenneth Ryden & Partners was founded in 1959 and opened its first office in Princes Street, Edinburgh. The name was shortened to Ryden in 1989. We grew initially in Scotland opening offices in Glasgow and Aberdeen before expanding into England in the 1990s with an office in Leeds.

We are now a limited liability partnership of 43 Partners and around 100 staff operating from six locations across the UK.

Ryden is the market leader for commercial property advice in Scotland. Our headquarters remain in Edinburgh.

Meet the Team

Sustainability

Our Environmental Impact team is responsible for measuring Ryden's carbon emissions and implementing sustainability policies.

We're making our offices more energy efficient, encouraging smart travel choices and getting our people involved in initiatives that support their local environment.

Our surveyors also advise clients on environmental responsibilities and targeting Net Zero, working with them to improve existing buildings or develop new buildings to meet and exceed sustainability targets.
